My husband & I are thrilled with Able Storage in Monterey Park.
Monique has been so thorough with explaining and showing us the process of operating here. Despite being so busy Monique as well as Martin took the time to show us different storage units on more than one occasion. This place is super clean and so spacious. All areas are monitored and so well lit with motion detectors. We feel so secure. In fact we just upgraded to a larger unit today and it's so roomy and clean. We highly recommend this location to anyone needing extra storage.
I reserved a storage unit online this morning and I came in to see the storage unit this afternoon and I was extremely pleased with the overall all service. The facility is very clean & the prices are very reasonable! I was helped out by Monique who is an amazing person with a very beautiful personality. She took us to see the storage unit and gave us options based on our budget. Once we got the storage unit she patiently explained & answered all the questions we had. Store Manager Monique was very detailed with explaining the policies of contract as well as show me my storage unit. As we passed by different visitors she was cordial and said hello and if they needed anything to go into office. Monique explained hours where as made me feel safe as their hours are 7-7 and even open to customers 365 days. She definitely kept checking in on me prior to me coming in and letting me know they still had storage units available. I loved the customer service as she remembered me when doing contract.
